Squash Year 5

Hi my name is Kacey Gillespie, every Thursday our class plays squash. Each week we split up into teams of 5 and there are 6 teams playing. We have 2 men teaching us named Jim and John, these two men are very kind and teach us how to be perfect at squash. Every week we get better and every one has a good time. We all are trying our hardest so we can get chosen for a tournament against 4 other schools but Jim and John can only choose 12 children out of 60 so every one is competitive. In squash, 1 person marks, 2 play and the others watch ready for their next go. Sometimes the teachers even join in with us. Last week Mrs Atherton played Mrs Fishwick it was very fun to watch but also scary because we didn't know who was a going to win. Mrs Fishwick won, but at least Mrs Atherton had fun. Come and join in with the fun and join squash club on a Saturday morning 10:00 - 11:35, soon you might be good enough to be a professional squash player and you could go to competitions.
